This hands-on leader not only oversees the fiscal growth of the agency, but also he drives much of its new business development. Charle takes a proactive approach in guiding the strategic direction of campaigns and programs as well, bringing his vision, leadership, integrity and commitment to excellence into every aspect of the agency.
His career spans more than 25 years of experience in consumer and corporate communications, with an emphasis on emerging technologies. Charle's most recent endeavors have focused on digital imaging, home theater, audio-video, and related consumer electronics markets. He is an expert in bridging traditional (i.e., print) promotions and the latest media channels, including on-line, web and interactive.
In his position as agency president for the past two decades, Charle has been instrumental in building, transforming and publicizing some of world's most innovate brands. For example, he recently completed a comprehensive multi-year consumer and trade PR campaign from inception to mature product cycle, of the international digital imaging company ColorVision. Under Charle's direction, the agency has been responsible for such groundbreaking consumer electronics campaigns as the highly impactful global launch of Datacolor's SpyderTV. In the retail arena, he created the international advertising, PR and marketing strategy for high-end Harry Winston Jewelers. Charle also directed the agency's successful launch of a charitable endeavor for Microsoft as well as served as media PR consultant for worldwide publishing giant Hachette, whose magazines include American Photo and Sound & Vision.
Prior to founding the agency, Charle served as media consultant for a range of technological pioneers, precursors to the modern digital world. This includes one of the first and most famous big screen projection TV developers, Emmy-winning Henry Kloss who introduced the Advent Video Beam and became one of the first inductees into the Consumer Electronics Association's Hall of Fame. Other cutting-edge technologies and champions in Charle's work background encompass: HBO-based programming and graphics, EUE Screen Gems, as well as the Paint Box, and Sytex computer digital printing systems.
His professional history is complemented by studies in graphics, fine arts, and analytical psychology. Throughout his career, Charle has collaborated with graphic, fine and photographic artists; he also has been a contributing Editor to photo trade and design publications -- including Photo District News (PDN), Photo Design Magazine – as well as a lecturer at the Maine Photographic Workshops, SPAR, APA, ASMP and a speaker for “The Self Promotion Workshops” (a 10 city tour). Charle authored Creative Strategy- a Marketing Manifesto for the Creative Professional.
